The line of this car was essentially that of the last 330 GTCs produced: the air intakes, necessary for the ventilation of the engine compartment, were now on the bonnet and no longer on the sides of the bodywork. The refined mechanics, on the other hand, presented more substantial novelties: the new, larger-displacement V12 offered more generous torque at intermediate revs and greater flexibility combined with livelier acceleration. Around two hundred examples were produced.
