Riley historic race cars

Riley

Riley, founded in 1896 in Coventry, England, started out in the cycle sector before venturing into motoring. Known for its stylish and innovative cars, Riley also made a name for itself in motor sport, notably in rallying and endurance racing before the 1960s. Its models were appreciated for their handling and performance, particularly the Riley Brooklands and the Riley 9. A fascinating anecdote is that during the 1930s, Riley cars dominated the Brooklands circuits, setting records and winning multiple races, cementing their motorsport heritage.
