Trackday at the Val de Vienne circuit

Trackday limited to 45 entries for 20 cars on track (open pitlane).

/// Programme :
> 8am: Welcome of participants (or 12.45pm for afternoon registrations).
> 8.30am: Technical and safety briefing (or 1pm for afternoon registrations). Compulsory briefing: in the event of lateness, participants will have to attend a 2nd briefing after the start of the drive.
> 9 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.: Ride without heats
> 12.30 p.m. - 1.30 p.m.: Lunch break (catered lunch available by prior arrangement)
> 1.30pm - 5pm: Ride without heats

> Track access for 1 driver / car (Additional drivers at extra cost: €50 / driver)
> Passengers over 16 authorised and free of charge
> Open soft bar all day including pastries, coffee and cold drinks
> Medical service and breakdown service on the track

> Half day (3h30) : 230€ / car

/// Conditions of participation (see the rules for the day on our website) :
> Authorised vehicles: All types of sports vehicles in good working order except open-wheeled vehicles. Vehicles must be insured for civil liability on the circuit, respect the noise limits imposed by the circuit (102db on the Val de Vienne circuit) and be equipped with a towing eye.
> Compulsory equipment: CE-standard helmet as a minimum, long clothing covering arms and legs (trousers for women), full equipment for competition vehicles (see list in our regulations).
> Entry requirements: Drivers must have a driving licence and passengers must be at least 16 years old.
> Documents to be provided on the day of the Trackday: Trackday regulations completed, signed and dated on the date of the Trackday (1 copy per driver), presentation of vehicle registration document and insurance certificate.
