Cooper Car Company

The Cooper Car Company, founded in 1947 by Charles Cooper and his son John, revolutionized motorsport with its innovative designs. Based in the UK, the brand shone in Formula 1, winning several championships in the 1950s and 1960s with its revolutionary rear-engine design. Cooper also made its presence felt in Formula 2 and Formula 3, contributing to the development of many famous drivers. A fascinating anecdote is that Cooper initiated the career of three-time F1 world champion Sir Jackie Stewart by supplying him with his first competition car, underlining Cooper's profound impact on the world of racing.
