Phil’s Car

Phil’s Car, founded by brothers Pierre and Bernard Philippe in Claville near Évreux, quickly became a key builder of off-road buggies in the 1980s. Born from their own rallying experience, the Phil’s Bug 4x4 rapidly dominated the French Cross-Country Rally Championship thanks to its reliability and technical innovations. The company left its mark on the discipline through victories, renowned customers, and its pioneering role in buggy development.
