Vidon historic race cars

Vidon

Vidon is a French family-owned company founded in 1860, specializing in the design and construction of bespoke vehicles. Its history is also closely linked to motorsport: from the late 1960s through the 1970s, Vidon developed several lightweight prototypes and single-seaters, including the “Minis Daufh” and Formula Libre cars producing nearly 200 hp for just 450 kg. Designed and built in-house, these cars competed successfully in hill climbs and helped shape the company’s engineering expertise.
