Elva historic race cars

Elva

Founded in 1955 by Frank Nichols, Elva Cars specialized in the manufacture of racing cars focused on lightness and handling. Primarily involved in sports car racing and GT-type events, Elva quickly gained a reputation for its competitive vehicles, particularly appreciated by private drivers. The brand is renowned for its innovative chassis design and the aerodynamic efficiency of its models. A little-known curiosity is Elva's association with McLaren in the 1960s to produce the McLaren-Elva, which marked McLaren's debut in road car construction, highlighting Elva's ability to collaborate successfully with other big names in motorsport.
