Bocar historic race cars

Bocar

The Bocar brand was founded in the late 1950s by Bob Carnes in the United States. It is known for its handcrafted race cars, produced in very small numbers to compete with the top American sports cars of the era. Bocar mainly stood out with lightweight and innovative prototypes, entered in SCCA competition and events such as the USRRC. Production remained extremely limited, with only a handful of cars built, making them particularly rare today. The brand perfectly embodies the spirit of 1960s American “specials”: independent, ambitious projects that were often ahead of their time.
