Elden historic race cars

Elden

Elden is a British race car manufacturer founded in the 1960s by brothers Peter and Brian Hampsheir. Initially known as Briham, they made a name for themselves with innovative prototypes in Formula Ford and Formula 4 before adopting the Elden name and producing the famous Mk8 chassis, which achieved great success in competition. Despite several crises, including the oil crisis and the temporary ban on racing, Elden reinvented itself and went on to build more than 38 models spanning Formula Ford, Formula 3, Formula Atlantic, and even Cobra replicas. Today, Elden cars are still raced in historic competitions around the world, a testament to the ingenuity and passion of their creators.
