Powertrain (New Engine: 1,000 km)
The engine was completely rebuilt to new condition to repair specifications 1,000 km ago:
New parts: Pistons, piston rings, oil pump, complete clutch assembly, new starter motor.
Machining & Balancing: Complete balancing of the moving parts and reconditioning of the cylinder head.
Management: Engine tuning on an FIA test bench.
Reliability Enhancements & Specific Equipment
Cooling: Fitting of an oil cooler with thermostatic plate and remote filter (ensuring optimum oil pressure and temperature under racing conditions).
Comfort / Safety: Fitting of an effective demisting system, essential for races on wet tracks.
Maintenance & Monitoring
Rigorous maintenance: Engine, gearbox and differential oil changes carried out after every race weekend.
