Sold with registration document (first registration 18/11/1987) and MOT valid for less than 6 months. Roadworthiness certificate valid until 03/2029. Specification year: 1986. Type-approval certificate no.: A5295. J2 period
Fitted with:
- Top Group A engine, rebuilt in 2024 with Schrick camshaft, rev limiter removed (maximum revs increased to 8,000 rpm), Group A valves (exhaust and intake with small lift = faster combustion chamber filling + quicker rev build-up). Lightweight Group A flywheel (2.5 kg), cylinder head with micro-beaded and polished ports, new forged pistons, new H-shaped connecting rods (anti-vibration), balanced crankshaft, partitioned sump with anti-splash system, reinforced cylinder head gasket.
- Dynamometer test results (LAD): 162 CV at the wheels, equating to at least 170 CV at the engine.
- Heavy-duty brakes with 260 mm discs, Willwood 4-piston calipers and RC6 brake pads (see photo)
Soben Racing shock absorbers.
- Synchronised gearbox (original ratios + close-ratio set) with limited-slip differential (new), serviced 4 rallies ago.
- Group A exhaust system.
