Sell boxer van with engine problem

I am selling my Boxer L2H1 long low roof van.
The engine is out of order due to a piece of the EGR valve being swallowed by the engine.
WILL BE SOLD WITH THE REPLACEMENT ENGINE, WHICH WILL STILL HAVE TO BE FITTED.

Equipped with towbar, mezzanine for sleeping, roof window, outside tent.
It has always been maintained, ideal for towing.

It is a 2007 model with 240,000 km - 2.2 L 100 bhp Puma engine.
