DRT | Diamantis Racing Team Sponsorship Collaboration

Dear Team,

We are Diamantis Racing Team (DRT), and we are reaching out regarding our motorsport activities and the development of our racing program for the upcoming season.

Diamantis Racing Team is a new and dynamic motorsport project with the ambition to compete in Rally events in Greece and internationally, combining competitive motorsport with modern digital content creation and an active presence across social media.

We are currently looking for selected Official Partners & Sponsors who would like to become part of our project and gain meaningful exposure through motorsport — an environment that offers strong visual content, direct audience engagement and continuous visibility before, during and after each event.

Our partnerships are not limited to simply placing a logo on the racing car. We aim to create a complete 360° Sponsorship Package, allowing our partners to build a presence across different aspects of our racing and digital activities.

Depending on the level of partnership, the package may include:

Corporate logo placement on the racing car in prominent and mutually agreed locations, with the possibility of category exclusivity for a specific product or service.
Branding on the driver and co-driver racing suits, as well as team apparel.
Branding on team merchandise, banners, flags and other racing equipment used during events and promotional activities.
Continuous exposure across our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube channels.
Creation of sponsor-focused content, including posts, Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes material, photography and video content, presenting the brand in a natural and modern way.
Logo placement in photographic and video content created before, during and after racing events.
Brand mentions and tagging across relevant social media posts and race updates.
On-board footage and cinematic racing content, allowing the brand to be integrated into the real racing environment.
Race weekend coverage, including preparation, service park activities, special stages, ceremonial starts, podium ceremonies and behind-the-scenes moments.
Creation of branded videos and Reels exclusively for the partner, which can also be used across the company’s own social media channels.
Brand presence in press releases, race announcements and other communications material produced by the team.
Corporate presence at racing events, presentations, exhibitions and promotional activities where the team participates.
The opportunity to create content featuring the racing car at the partner’s offices, facilities, stores or points of sale.
Product placement, where the company’s product or service can naturally be connected with our racing project.
The possibility of hosting partners, clients or employees at selected race weekends and events, creating a more direct and memorable motorsport experience.
High-quality photo and video material from racing events, which can be made available to the partner for its own commercial and digital communication purposes, subject to mutual agreement.
Media & Exposure

Beyond our own digital channels, our long-term objective is to build increasing exposure through television, subscription-based sports platforms, digital media, radio, local and national media, as well as dedicated coverage surrounding individual racing events.

Our sponsorship structure includes different levels of partnership, ranging from Official Supporter to Official Partner / Main Partner, with the visibility, benefits and positioning of the brand on the racing car adjusted accordingly.

Our Long-Term Vision

Our sponsorship packages are designed to evolve alongside the growth of the team.

Over the next 1–2 years, our objective is to expand our racing activities beyond Greece and compete in selected events on Italian soil, where motorsport has a particularly strong audience and media presence.

Our long-term goal is to participate in the Italian Rally Championship environment, which offers extensive exposure through television, social media, radio, national and regional media, as well as dedicated media coverage for individual events.

The Italian motorsport environment also provides opportunities for partnerships with major automotive and motorsport brands, while certain championships and events offer season-end prize structures for competitors.

This international expansion would allow our partners to benefit from exposure not only in the Greek market, but also in the Italian and wider European motorsport audience.

Customized sponsorship packages can also be developed according to the partner’s objectives, desired level of exposure, services provided and available investment, following mutual discussion between the sponsor and the team.
