The unloved TVR? We don’t think so! Gorgeous lines, faired in lamps, huge power and low weight, this is the Griffith’s perfect replacement. Just with TVRs own engine, more power, control and quality than ever before. Alloy pedal box, roll hoop, AP racing brakes, dry sump & independent throttle bodies, it’s a whole lot of car for the money, in fact I’ve said for some time, it’s the best value sports car you can buy.

This is one absolutely wonderful Tamora, perfect paint, interior and mechanicals. It could be one of the best driving T cars we have seen, owing to the fact it not only has low mileage, but it could well be the last (if not one of the last) Tamora’s ever produced, so the build quality is up there with the Sagaris and MK3 Tuscans. To say it whips around the bends would be an understatement.

On the road it is everything you’d want it to be, a missile! One that handles like a fly changing its mind, raw, intoxicating, with all of the looks and charm of the classic lines from its predecessor, there simply isn’t anything not to like. Add to the fact that the Tamora is quite possibly one of the rarest production TVRs of all time, with a mere 262 ever road registered in the U.K at their peak, now a paltry 132 remain taxed and MOT’d for the road, it is a rather rare beast! Which only adds to its allure.

On the road these cars are seriously quick, pestering highly modified Nismo GTRs in the corners and thanks to their light weight, and on the straights too!

With its short overhangs, short wheelbase, lightweight and stiffened chassis the T cars were every bit the driver’s car. The 343bhp from TVR’s own thumping Speed Six engine propels the T with alacrity, cornering speeds are just as impressive – none of the fabled handling woes to be seen here, just a quintessential small numbers British sports car, but without the standard parts bin interior, engine or switch gear. These really are a bespoke, handmade British supercar that not only look, sound and go brilliantly, but are from my book, hugely undervalued considering their rarity and competence.

Technical specifications:

This is a car that we have supplied previously and know just how good it is, which in a word is unrepeatable. Cars rarely get this good, let alone TVRs. As per the photos, the paintwork is exquisite, the leather is the same and everything works as it should. We have prepped the car in our workshop with a 12k service and valve clearances, so it wants for nothing but enjoying by the new owner. The chassis is like new & bright white and also protected by us in preparation for the new owner. New speakers, alternator and various other items have been fitted to ensure it is utterly perfect. No matter how many you go and see, this one will be the best, of that we are sure.

Clicking gears through the tough as nails T5 box, staring at the custom binnacle and using the factory fitted pedal box with all alloy pedals, you know immediately that you’re in a special car, just wait until you’re on the open road, now’s the time to get in one before the USA knows about them!
