I'm selling this G60 because I no longer have the time to look after it, the engine starts like clockwork but it hasn't been driven for 2 years.
Sell Golf 2 GTI G60 race prepared. Genuine G60 with its valid registration in my name, which I have had in my possession since May 2018.

This car was prepared for rallies and other circuit outings.
A few years ago it had its FFSA passport.
Preparation:
Body emptied and prepared for rallying with welded 6-point roll bar fully retracted through the roof (carried out by a specialist company).
I changed the grey bonnet myself because the previous owner carried out a storm start without locking the quick-release fasteners: as a result, the bonnet turned against the upper windscreen pillar and pushed it in (upper pillar to be dented but nothing too serious, no water entering the passenger compartment).

High-flow petrol pump located in the passenger compartment, large injectors and Iridium spark plugs
Staggered timing for greater ignition advance
Schrick stroke camshaft
Offset valve
Prepared compressor with 70mm pulley
Prepared Eprom box (don't ask me how much horsepower it produces, I don't know!)
Removal of the cabin heating circuit

I changed the oil and cooling system a short while ago (the car has been running for 20 minutes since).
To be on the safe side, I'd recommend: a timing system + accessory belts, changing the brake pads and tyres, refreshing the underbody (the body has been stripped, the paintwork is damaged and there are traces of non-penetrating rust under the body), repainting the bonnet (the varnish is peeling), bleeding the brake fluid.
......
I wouldn't waste my time responding to crazy suggestions, let's be serious, even if the car needs a refresh, I know what I'm selling and it's the only one in this configuration.
There will be no test drive, as the car is not insured and has no roadworthiness test.
The last roadworthiness test was more than 2 years ago (before the roadworthiness reforms).
The vehicle will only be started
Sold with a set of 4 additional 15-inch MOMO wheels with semi-slick tyres.
