Built in the early into mid 1990s at a cost of over $250,000 (over $500k in today’s dollars) and currently powered by a Porsche Motorsports 3,6 12:1 race engine (runs great on pump gas) / early 934 4 speed, this is another truly unique offering from Matt Mariani of The R Institute.

Freshly refinished in Gulf Racing blue over satin German black leather, the 1 of 1 “GT-2 Strassenversion” inspiration came from the GT-1 Strassenversion Porsche racecar of the the period.

The builder is a La Carrera Panamericana enthusiast and built this car with the La Carrera in mind.
