In 1985, a group of Italian car enthusiasts founded the exclusive Club Italia. Its 60 members included personalities such as Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and Piero Ferrari. To seal the Delta Integrale's long and victorious career, Lancia and the Club collaborated to create the 1992 Lancia Delta HF 16V Evoluzione 'CLUB ITALIA', producing just fifteen examples exclusively for members.

The car was the subject of extreme personalisation: the exterior was adorned in Blue Lord (Lancia dark blue) with white 'Club Italia' lettering and the club's distinctive emblem. The interior combined luxury and sportiness, with carbon-fibre trim on the dashboard and Recaro seats upholstered in fine burgundy Connolly leather, complemented by the 'HF' badge embossed on the headrests. Although the Evoluzione mechanics were retained, a tribute to Lancia history stood out under the bonnet: the engine cover in yellow and blue, a clear reference to the Lancia Fulvia HF. Thanks to this elite commission and its extreme rarity, the 'Club Italia' is universally recognised as one of the most coveted special series of the Lancia Delta HF Integrale.
