1955 Austin Healey 100/4 BN2 LHD

I imported this car from California 5 years ago,it was restored there 30 years ago,the paint is still very good,the interior excellent and in general the car is really nice.
When I bought it it had been sitting in a Salinas CA garage for 11 years,all the tyres were cracked and flat,the car cover was still installed but no signs of rodents or damp!
4 new correct size radials and tubes later it was wheeled into a container bound for Scotland.
It had no weather equipment-no need in CA- it now has a new top,new side curtains and a tonneau cover.
The motor is strong with great oil pressure,the car drives well and the Toyota Supra five speed is a delight to use.This conversion is undetectable even with the bonnet open as the gearbox Bellhousing is custom cast with no adaptor plates.
The front discs are from a later Healey 3000.
The car is not concours and never will be but is at home being driven and used unlike many “garage queens”
I would like way below market price and will sell for £39500
I might consider an interesting road car in partial trade and be happy to deliver the car in my enclosed trailer anywhere in the UK or Europe for fuel cost only.
