Porsche Sprint Challenge / Porsche Cup

As part of the preparations for the 2027 season, I'm looking for a motivated and experienced race engineer to join me in the Porsche Cup in the Porsche Sprint Challenge championship.

Profile required
- Experience in Porsche Cup / GT / single-seaters highly appreciated
- Solid data analysis skills (MoTeC, AIM, etc.)
- Ability to optimise chassis set-ups and overall performance
- Excellent communication skills with driver and team
- Rigour, autonomy and a competitive spirit
- Availability throughout the season (testing + races)

Mission
- Analysing data and driver feedback
- Preparation and optimisation of car settings
- Strategic support during race weekends
- Working closely with the team to maximise performance
- Objective: performance, progress and results

A serious, structured project with a medium-term vision and a clear desire to perform well in the championship.
