205 Prepared Rally-Raid

Sell 205 Rally-raid prepared (has done the 205 Africa Raid in Morocco 2 times)
The car has 180,500 km and was rebuilt at 160,000 km when it was prepared for the raid (engine, suspension, brakes, transmission, ...), it cost more than € 8000 in new parts (invoices).
1/ Upgrades:
Front axle: 405 shock absorbers with 205 Turbo Diesel springs
Rear axle: Adjustment of the axle with 40mm aluminium spacers and removal of the torsion bar.

2\ Wheels:
205 Rallye wideners and 205 Rallye 14" rims with 20,000km reinforced van tyres. Zero punctures during raids.
With 2 14" spare wheels and reinforced van tyres.

3\ Headlights :
Halogen H3 long-range lights on the grille
Long-range LED bar on roof
Long-range dust rear light (Orange)

4\ Protection under the car:
5mm aluminium protective plate for the sump and radiator
Underbody and fuel tank protection with reinforced rubber plates.
Front and rear wheel mudguards.

5\ Windows :
Rear window and rear windows replaced with macrolon.
Weight savings (around 30kg)

6\ Roof rack with 2 spare wheels.
Front and rear anchoring rings for pulling out in the event of sandblasting.

7\ Exhaust:
Group N line in aluminium with a baffle to limit noise.

8\ Rear suspension:
Koni sports shock absorber and drum brake (6,000 km).

9\ Obus rear-view mirrors

10\ Unique fibreglass snorkel with cyclonic pre-filter.
11\ bonnet with carbon covering.
12\ Engine: Swapped engine.
1.4L TU3S with aluminium block and single-point injection (1360 cm3)
Engine rebuilt at 160,000kms: segmentation, surfacing, head gasket, timing, clutch, all fluids changed. Short 106 rally 5-speed gearbox.
205 TD radiator with 2 fans, one of which has a forced-running function.

13\ Front axle:
Cardan shafts, tie rods and bearings changed.

14\ Cockpit:
2 Sparco bucket seats with 4-point harness
Terratrip 202, Garmin 276CX GPS
Redesigned dashboard with all the switches for the electrical components: compressor, long-range headlights, forced fan, dust lights, LED bar.
There are also 2 gauges: water temperature and oil temperature.

15\ Trunk :
Aluminium floor.
