The Mini doesn't really need much explanation, because everyone knows it. The icon from Birmingham was known by many names during its 40 years of production: Austin, Morris, Innocenti, but everyone knows the name Mini, which became a brand in its own right in 1969. For a car that hardly changed during its entire production period, the range of variations was nevertheless colourful. Whether Cooper S for the racetrack, estate car for the family or panel van for suppliers, there was something for everyone. But the concept was always the same: A transversely mounted four-cylinder engine on the front axle with an integrated gearbox provided the drive. Thanks to the low weight and short wheelbase, the driving behaviour was also very light and sporty. As the roofline did not slope backwards, passengers in the rear also had more space than in other, significantly larger four-seaters.

This Mini Van is one of the rare van bodies. The longer chassis of the Traveller was used for this vehicle. This model was a very popular alternative to the everyday car, especially in England, as vans did not have to be taxed. This car underwent a comprehensive restoration and has been part of a collector's collection ever since. Visually and mechanically, the car is in excellent condition. Equipped with the 1.0-litre engine, the car is still in the delivery specification. A real eye-catcher, from which you can also derive practical benefits, as over 300 kg can be loaded. Quite a lot for a car with a 3-digit kerb weight. A rare and lovingly maintained example of an absolute icon. Perfect as an advertising medium or, of course, as a collector's or fun object. The Mini is sold with a veteran's license plate.
